I'm so gosh-darned proud of Oregon.I was getting a ride to work today when I noticed a large crowd waiting in a line that wrapped around a non-descript brick building down by the river. The grey misty rain (typical) didn't even seem to touch the line-waiters.
Turns out:
I love it. Seriously. I feel, just having driven by it, like I'm part of something big, important, meaningful. It makes me so happy to think of the folks in line finally being able to do something that I took for granted.
